某化工企业废气治理工艺研究

【摘要】 针对某化工企业产甲基异噻唑啉酮(水处理剂)车间废气污染情况,总结产生乙酸乙酯等废气污染特点,对处理工艺提标改造,采用"预处理+活性炭吸附+催化燃烧+活性炭脱附"的综合治理技术控制废气污染,实现了活性炭原位再生,且废气达标排放。工艺设计风量为15000m~3/h,乙酸乙酯的浓度为130mg/m~3。工程总投资约35~58万元,吸附-脱附装置活性炭耗材费用合计4.2万元/年,催化剂耗材费合计3.6万元/年,运行费用约12.8万元。相关监测数据表明,废气治理工艺在设备正常运行时可确保污染物达标排放。乙酸乙酯排放浓度满足《大气污染物综合排放标准》DB31/933-2015中乙酸乙酯排放浓度低于50 mg/m~3的限值,该工程具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。

【Abstract】 Combined with the pollution of the waste gas produced by a chemical enterprise in the production of methyl isothiazolinone(water treatment agent), the characteristics of waste gas pollution such as ethyl acetate are summarized, and the treatment process is upgraded. The comprehensive treatment technology of "pretreatment + activated carbon adsorption + catalytic combustion + activated carbon desorption" is used to control the exhaust gas pollution, and the in-situ regeneration of activated carbon is realized, and the exhaust gas reaches the standard discharge. The process design air volume is 15000 m~3/h, and the concentration of ethyl acetate is 100 mg/m~3. The adsorption-desorption device has a total cost of 24,000 yuan/year for activated carbon consumables, a total of 18,000 yuan/year for catalyst consumables, and an operating cost of about 117,000 yuan. Relevant monitoring data indicates that the exhaust gas treatment process can ensure that pollutants meet the standard discharge when the equipment is in normal operation. The project has good economic and environmental benefits.
