负载型阳极板对PAM模拟废水的处理研究

【摘要】 采用三相三维电极反应器处理PAM模拟废水,重点考察了不同负载型阳极板对PAM模拟废水处理效果、强氧化性物质产生以及电解能耗的影响。研究结果表明,当以Ti/SnSbCo作阳极时,CODcr去除率最高,为32.0%;电催化活性最强,产生强氧化性物质量最多,对有机物能够有效地降解去除。此外,采用Ti/SnSbCo作阳极对模拟废水进行处理,电解能耗最低,当CODcr去除率为15%时,其电解能耗为12.1kw·h/m3,较Ti作阳极板时节省能耗13.47 kw·h/m3。

【Abstract】 The PAM simulative wastewater was electrolytically treated by a three-phase three-dimensional electrode reactor. Particular attention was paid on the comparison of treatment efficiency, production of strong oxidizing substance and electrolysis energy consumption of different loaded anode plate in the system. The results verified when using Ti/SnSbCo as the anode, CODcr removal efficiency is up to32.0 %, Theelectrocatalytic activity is the strongest, generation of oxidizing substance is the most and the organic matter can be effectively degraded and removed. Moreover, the energy consumption is the lowest using Ti/SnSbCo as anode to treat simulated wastewater, when the CODcr removal efficiency was 15 %, the electrolysis energy consumption was 13.47 kw·h/m3 lower than thatusing Ti as anode.
