微动力固定床复合生物反应系统处理小城镇生活污水的研究

【摘要】 通过对新型微动力固定床复合生物反应系统的研发及处理小城镇生活污水功效的对比试验,研究了新型微动力固定床复合生物反应系统处理城市污水的特性,探讨了反应系统中微生物比耗氧速率与出水底物浓度之间的关系;对同时硝化反硝化的现象和机理进行了研究。研究成果表明,新型微动力固定床复合生物反应系统用于小城镇生活污水处理,出水水质可以保证在COD≤60 mg/L,BOD≤20 mg/L,SS≤20 mg/L,TP≤2.0 mg/L,其出水经消毒处理后可满足城镇杂用水水质要求。

【Abstract】 Based on the research and development of a new micro-dynamic fixed-bed composite biological reaction system, the comparative test of its efficiency in treating domestic sewage in small towns was completed, the characteristics of the new micro-dynamic fixed-bed composite biological reaction system for treating municipal sewage were studied, and the relationship between the specific oxygen consumption rate of microorganisms in the reaction system and the concentration of effluent substrates was discussed; the phenomena and mechanism of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification were also discussed. The research results show that the effluent quality of the new micro-dynamic fixed bed composite biological reaction system can be guaranteed to be below 60 mg/L in COD, 20 mg/L in BOD, 20 mg/L in SS and 2.0 mg/L in domestic sewage treatment in small towns. The effluent after disinfection can meet the water quality requirements of urban miscellaneous water.
