从含铜颜料污泥浸出液中回收铜的工艺研究

【摘要】 颜料污泥中重金属含量高,本研究以含铜颜料污泥为原料,采用浸出、萃取分离方法回收铜,并确定从含铜颜料污泥中回收铜的工艺参数。实验结果表明,采用硫酸浸出含铜污泥,铜的浸出率为93.2%;采用N902-磺化煤油—硫酸萃取分离体系来萃取分离浸出液中的铜,最佳工艺条件为:萃取剂浓度为15%,相比(O/A)为1︰1,萃取时间为5 min的条件下,Cu2+萃取率为92.4%;用3 mol/L硫酸溶液对铜负载有机相进行一级反萃取5 min,Cu2+反萃率为94.7%。

【Abstract】 The pigmented sludge has a high content of heavy metals. In this study, copper-containing pigment sludge was used as raw material.and the process parameters of copper recovery in copper-containing pigment sludge were determined.The experimental results show that the leaching rate of copper is 93.2 % when copper sludge is leached by sulfuric acid.In addition the N902-sulfonated kerosene-sulfuric acid extraction separation system was applied to extract the copper and iron in the extracting solution. The best process conditions were: extracting agent’s volume fraction is 15 %, phase ratio(O/A) is 1︰1,extraction time is 5 min,the Cu2+ extraction rate is 92.4 %.The loaded organic phase was subjected to one-stage back extraction with 3 mol/L sulfuric acid solution for 5 min,the Cu2+ stripping rate was 94.7 %.
