某生活垃圾填埋场竖向增容设计及土工分析

【摘要】 生活垃圾填埋场竖向增容是在原设计标高上继续往上堆高,存在较大的垃圾滑坡、地基变形和防渗系统撕裂风险。以山西某生活垃圾填埋场为例,对其竖向增容设计进行介绍,并分析垃圾边坡的稳定性、地基土的变形和防渗系统的受力情况。结果显示:通过增容设计可增加32万m3的库容;增容后的垃圾边坡在各种运行条件下安全系数均高于警戒值;地基的最大竖向沉降和水平位移分别为0.67 m和0.37 m;库底防渗系统HDPE膜受到的最大轴向拉力为8.67 kN·m-1

【Abstract】 Vertically increasing storage capacity of MSW landfill is to continue to pile up over the original designed elevation, and exist many risks, such as slope landslide, foundation deformation, anti-seepage system avulsion. Taking a MSW landfill in Shanxi Province as an example, the design of vertically increasing storage capacity of the landfill was introduced in this paper, and the deformation of the foundation and the stress of the anti-seepage system were analyzed. The analysis results show that the storage capacity of 320000 m3 can be increased through the design. After continue to pile up to the new design elevation, the safety coefficients of the MSW slope were greater than the warning values under various operating conditions. The maximum vertical settlement and horizontal displacement of foundation soil were 0.67 m and 0.37 m respectively. The maximum axial tension of the HDPE geomembrane of the bottom anti-seepage system was 8.67 kN·m-1.
