【Abstract】 Ideological and political education plays an important role in construction of socialist culture of local undergraduate colleges. This paper analyses the predicament of Ideological and political education in local undergraduate colleges from three aspects: funds, teachers and teaching methods, and discusses the improving measures: strengthening the understanding of Ideological and political education, enhancing the construction of Ideological and political education team, establishing a stable professional counselor team, and implementing ideological and political education throughout the professional education.更多还原
