一种复合微生物修复剂在黑臭水体净化修复中的应用研究

【摘要】 黑臭水体是水体遭受到各种有机物污染并超出了自身环境承受范围后的一种水体表现形式,基本丧失使用功能,给城市生态系统和市民身体健康带来了严重的威胁。本研究应用一种实验室自制复合微生物制剂对宁夏银川市西夏区西大沟黑臭水体进行室内模拟及野外净化修复试验。结果表明,在室内模拟试验中,复合微生物制剂对黑臭水体CODcr、NH3-N、水体浊度的降解率分别为68.74%、80.10%、65.40%,溶解氧增长率为197.30%,与对照相比差异显著(P<0.05);野外试验中,该复合菌剂对黑臭水体CODcr、NH3-N、水体浊度的降解率分别为40.15%、56.89%、20.78%,溶解氧增长率为85.71%,对黑臭水体的治理提供技术支撑。

【Abstract】 Black smelly water is a manifestation of water body after it has been polluted by various organic substances and exceeded its environmental tolerance. It basically loses its use function and poses a serious threat to the urban ecosystem and the health of citizens. In this study, a laboratory-made compound microbial preparation was used to simulate the black smelly water body of Xidagou in Xixia District of Yinchuan City, Ningxia. The results showed that the degradation rates of CODcr, NH3-N and turbidity of black smelly water were 68.74 %, 80.13 %, 65.40 % and the growth rate of DO was 197.30% in the indoor simulation test, which were significantly different from those of the control(P<0.05); in the field test, the degradation rates of CODcr, NH3-N and turbidity of black smlly water were significantly different from those of the control(P<0.05). Degradation rates were 40.15 %, 56.89 %, 20.78 %, DO growth rate was 85.71 %, which provided technical support for the treatment of black and odorous water.
