【Abstract】 Using the method of JEOF, this work studies the characteristics of spatiotemporal distribution of concurrent variation of summer precipitation and temperature in eastern China. The result is shown as follows. When the time coefficient is positive, the pattern of precipitation for the first typical field shows a "++-" distribution from north to south(same below) and the temperature is of cold anomaly. A regression field at 500 hPa shows a significant low-pressure anomaly in the mid-latitude area and an SST regression field shows a northwest-southeast distribution over the area of the Pacific. The precipitation for the second typical field shows a "+-" distribution and the temperature a "-+" distribution. The precipitation for the third typical field shows a distribution in between and the temperature a "-+" distribution.更多还原
