冷弯型钢组合截面T形节点抗震性能研究

【摘要】 冷弯型钢在低层住宅结构中应用广泛,国内已有相应规范出版,但对冷弯型钢组合截面缺少相关设计规定。该文选择双肢冷弯C型钢背靠背带垫板的截面形式,对其抗弯节点进行抗震性能研究,采用试验与有限元分析相结合的方法,研究了节点板厚度、螺栓间距、C型钢厚度和腹板高度等参数对节点抗震性能的影响,发现该类节点的破坏特征符合抗震设计要求,滞回曲线饱满,承载力退化稳定、初始刚度大、刚度退化较为严重、耗能性能和延性较好。在相关参数中节点板厚度和螺栓间距对节点抗震性能的影响最大。C型钢厚度和腹板高度增加能明显提高节点的极限承载力。螺栓间距的增加会使节点承载力略有提高,但节点的耗能性能变差。

【Abstract】 The cold-formed steel is widely used in low story residential structures, and corresponding specifications had been published; however, the codes for the design of compound sections are lacking currently. This paper presents the testing of bending joints whose sections are composed of cold-formed back-to-back double C steel with gusset plates, and finite element analysis are performed to investigate the seismic behavior of bending joints. The influences of gusset plate thickness, bolt pitch, C steel thickness and web height are considered. The failure patterns of these joints conform to anti-seismic design requirements. The hysteretic curves demonstrate high initial stiffness, significant stiffness degradation, good energy dissipation capability and good ductility. Gusset plate thickness and bolt spacing have great impact on seismic behavior. Increasing C steel thickness and web height can significantly improve the ultimate bearing capacity. Increasing bolt spacing can slightly improve the bearing capacity while the energy dissipation capacity is weakened.
