走滑断层作用下埋地钢质管道反应的改进解析方法

【摘要】 考虑管土之间相互作用的非线性,提出了一种基于轴向总应变的走滑断层作用下埋地钢质管道反应的理论分析方法。该方法采用双折线管道钢本构模型,在管土小变形段应用弹性地基梁理论,在管土大变形段采用弹性梁理论。经有限元计算检验,在管道轴向总应力最大值达到极限应力之前,分析结果与有限元计算结果较为吻合,偏于保守,适于工程应用,且极大地减少了计算的时间成本,并得出结论:对于小断层错动作用下的大口径埋地管道,特别是在穿越角较小时,非线性管土相互作用的影响不容忽视。

【Abstract】 Considering the non-linearity of pipe-soil interaction,an improved analytical method based on axial total strain for buried steel pipelines at crossings with strike-slip faults is proposed.The bilinear stress-strain relationship of pipe steel is adopted in the method.The beam-on-elastic-foundation theory is adopted for the segments where the pipe-soil deformation is small;meanwhile,the elastic-beam theory is employed for the segments where pipe-soil deformation is large.Compared with existing analytical methods,the results of the analytical methodology presented in the paper are found in good agreement with those of 3D nonlinear finite element analysis on condition that the pipe maximum axial total stress is lower than the ultimate stress.The analytical methodology herein is suitable for engineering applications due to its exact and conservative results,as well as the greatly reduced time cost of calculation compared with 3D nonlinear finite element analysis.It is also concluded that effects of nonlinear pipe-soil interaction for large-diameter buried pipelines are of significance at smaller fault movements and crossing angles.
