模型结构的磁流变阻尼减振控制试验研究

【摘要】 在磁流变阻尼器力学性能试验基础上,利用MTS793系列软件平台,对安装有两种不同型号磁流变阻尼器的五层钢框架模型结构进行了地震模拟振动台减振控制试验,控制策略包括两种被动控制和基于有限传感器的H∞静态输出反馈控制方法的半主动控制。试验结果表明:两种磁流变阻尼系统的被动控制与半主动控制均可以有效减小地震作用下模型结构的位移反应和绝对加速度反应;当磁流变阻尼控制Passive-off提供的阻尼力过大时,Passive-on只起着刚性支撑的作用;当磁流变阻尼控制Passive-off提供的阻尼力较小时,Passive-on的控制效果要好于Passive-off;半主动控制与被动控制相比,优势并不明显。指出了磁流变阻尼器与模型相匹配的重要性,在工程应用中应引起高度重视。

【Abstract】 Magnetorheological (MR) damper performance experiments were conducted. Based on the MTS 793 software system, shaking table tests of a five-story steel frame model with two different MR dampers were carried out using different control strategies, including two passive ones and some semi-active ones based on H ∞ static output feedback. The results experimentally demonstrated that the control system is effective for the five story model structure with all the control strategies. When off-state force corresponding to zero input current of MR damper was sufficiently large, MR damper in the case of on-stage almost does not move. When off-state force corresponding to zero input current of MR damper is small, the performance of MR device in the case of on-stage is superior to that of off-stage. The semi-active control system is not considerably more than the passive systems. Experimental results also show that MR damper must match the structure, which is particularly important for the semi-active seismic response control.
