场地沉陷下PVC管的抗震性能模拟与加固分析

【摘要】 为研究PVC管的抗震性能,本文建立了由管体壳单元、接口单元和土弹簧单元组成的三维有限元模型,运用该模型对场地沉陷下PVC管试验进行了模拟,模拟结果表明,在沉陷区与非沉陷区的过渡区域,PVC管体最先进入塑性;沉陷区的接口最先发生转动破坏。对影响管线反应的参数进行研究,结果表明,采取减小沉陷位移量、增加管径、提高壁厚、加大埋深、更换钢管等措施可提高埋地PVC管线的抗震性能。

【Abstract】 To validate the seismic performance of PVC pipelines,a three-dimensional finite element model is established. The finite element model consists of shell element,joint element and soil spring element. And the model is applied to prototype experiment of PVC subjected to subsidence. The simulation results show that plastic deformation of pipe body is produced in the transition area of non-settlement and settlement firstly; and large rotation of joint is found in the subsidence zone firstly. The influence factors about large deformation of pipelines are studied. It concludes that some reinforcement measures,such as decreasing the dislocation,increasing the diameter,thickening the wall,deeper buried depth and using steel pipeline,can be taken to improve the seismic performance of PVC pipelines.
