U型65Mn钢板隔震限位器滞回性能试验研究
Research About Hysteretic Performance and Finite Element Analysis of U-shaped 65Mn Steel Plate Isolation Limiter
【摘要】 U型65Mn钢板限位器是一种新型的限位装置,主要用于限制建筑隔震层的过大位移。对60组不同尺寸的U型65Mn钢板限位器进行了顺轴向(正向)的静力推拉试验,得到该限位器的滞回曲线。采用ABAQUS软件对试验的限位器进行有限元分析,得到水平力-位移曲线,与试验结果吻合较好。试验及有限元分析结果表明:此类限位器刚度大,不容易屈服,在隔震层位移较小时可作为限位器使用,在反复加载情况下不会出现刚度退化,在隔震层位移较大时具有限位器和阻尼器的双重功能。
【Abstract】 U-shaped 65 Mn steel plate limiter,a kind of new spacing device,is mainly used for limiting the displacement of building isolation layer. In this experiment,60 U-shaped 65 Mn steel plate limiters with varying sizes are pushed and pulled positively,just as what happened to limiters in the actual application environment. A horizontal force-displacement curve is obtained by employing the ABAQUS to analyze the finite element analysis of the limiters with varying sizes,with which the test results agree well. The results and the theory analysis show that this kind of limiter has huge stiffness,not easy to yield,and the stiffness degradation will not appear under the repeated loading situation,which can be used as limiter when the displacement of isolating system is smaller,as limiter and damper simultaneously when that is bigger.
