反拱法加固钢筋混凝土梁的反拱力研究

【摘要】 考虑到现有CFRP加固方法不能很好地解决钢筋混凝土梁的二次受力问题,本文提出一种反拱技术加固钢筋混凝土梁新方法,在一定程度上很好地解决了传统粘贴CFRP存在的二次受力问题。通过对加固过的混凝土构件进行分析,采用反拱法粘贴CFRP时,反拱力的控制尤为重要,因此本文经过理论计算,给出了上部混凝土开裂条件下反拱力的控制表达式。对某混凝土梁通过公式计算的反拱力运用进行有限元验证,结果表明:单点反拱梁最大应力为1.04MPa,两点反拱梁最大应力为1.18MPa,验证了公式计算具有一定的合理性。为后续研究反拱法加固钢筋混凝土梁细观研究奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 Considering the shortages of existing CFRP strengthening methods in solve the problem of the secondary load of the reinforced concrete beam,a kind of reversed arch technology to strengthen the reinforced concrete beams is put forward,which will slove the secondary load problems in the traditional paste CFRP. According to the analysis of strengthened concrete members,it is particularly important to control the force in the reversed arch technology,therefore,on the basis of the theoretical calculation,the force control expression under the condition of the upper concrete cracking are derived. Using the finite element to analysis a concrete beam’ s reversed arch force,the results show that the single point reversed arch beam’s maximum stress is 1. 04 MPa,the two point reversed arch beam’s stress is 1. 18 MPa,and rationality of the formula is verified. It provides references for subsequent reverse arch method of reinforced concrete mesoscopic study.
