某混合振动控制装置的性能试验研究
Experimental Study on Property of A Hybrid Passive Control Device
【摘要】 为了研究高阻尼橡胶串联屈曲约束支撑的混合振动控制装置性能,本文采用1∶2的缩尺模型,对该模型行了试验研究。基于试验结果,将混合振动控制装置的性能分为两个阶段,即橡胶阻尼工作阶段及约束支撑工作阶段,二者通过封锁结构进行转化。绘制了两个阶段的阻尼橡胶与约束支撑及混合振动控制装置的力-位移关系曲线。分析了各部件的工作性能。得出了该混合振动控制装置具有较好耗能性能,可以在实际工程中加以推广。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the experiments of a hybrid passive control device(HPCD) consisting of a high damping rubber damper in series in a bucking restrained brace are carried out adopting 1 ∶ 2 scale model to study working properties of HPCD.Based on experiment,HPCD is divided into a two-phase system property.The initial phase provides damping through a high damping rubber damper.The second phase is initiated by a locking mechanism in the damper.Once engaged,the mechanism transfers sufficient force to a bucking restrained brace.The results show that HPCD has better seismic properties of all components and can be used in practical engineering on the basis of force-displacement curve of damper and HPCD in two phases.
