低配筋剪力墙双边抗震加固试验研究

【摘要】 北京前三门地区有一些建于上个世纪70年代的鱼骨式剪力墙混凝土建筑。该建筑修建时间较早,受经济与技术条件限制,剪力墙混凝土强度低,配筋率不满足现行建筑抗震规范要求。北京市建筑设计研究院提出了外套式加固方案,该方案具有不入户,节能保温,增大使用面积等优点。为了检验外套式加固方案的性能,本文设计了2个双边加固剪力墙试件与2个未加固试件,对其进行了拟静力试验研究。试验结果表明,加固后墙体承载力明显提高,加固后墙体具有良好的延性。

【Abstract】 A group of reinforced concrete buildings which were constructed during 1970s are still used in Qiansanmen area of Beijing.The structure form of these buildings is fishbone shear wall.Limited by the economic and technical conditions,the strength of concrete and reinforcement ratio does not meet the requirements of current seismic code for building structures.A reinforcement method is proposed by Beijing Architecture Design Research Institute,which strengthened the structures from the building outside.This method has some advantages e.g.shortening construction period and enlarging the house area.To investigate the effectiveness of the strengthening method,two strengthened shear walls and two original shear walls are tested in this study.The test results show that the low-reinforced shear walls strengthened from both sides exhibit much higher strength than before,and the ductility is significantly improved.
