低标号混凝土植筋连接界面抗剪性能试验研究
Experiment on Shear Property of Low Grade Concrete Bonding with Planting Steel
【摘要】 北京前三门地区有一批建于20世纪70年代的鱼骨式剪力墙混凝土建筑。该批建筑修建时间较早,受经济与技术条件限制,剪力墙混凝土强度低,配筋率不满足现行建筑抗震规范要求,需要对原有结构通过增设混凝土墙体进行加固。原结构混凝土强度低于现行规范规定的可采用植筋技术的最低混凝土强度,不能直接按照现行规范进行设计。为了确定新旧混凝土墙体植筋连接界面的抗剪性能,本文设计了8个抗剪连接试件,对其进行推出试验研究。结果表明,对低标号混凝土使用植筋加固方法可行,植入的钢筋可承受较大剪力,能有效提高新旧墙体连接性能。
【Abstract】 A group of concrete buildings which were constructed during 1970s are still used in Qiansanmen area of Beijing.As the buildings were built pretty early,their concrete strength is too low,and the steel reinforcement in the concrete wall is inadequate.In order to satisfy current seismic design standard for reinforced concrete structures,the buildings are needed to be retrofitted.But the grade of the concrete is lower than the current design’s requirement of using planting steel technique.For getting the shear property of new and old concrete bonding with planting steel,8 specimens are tested.The test results show that the planting steel technique can be used in low grade of concrete,the shear property is good and can improve the connection between new and old shear wall.
