碳纤维加固古建筑木结构榫卯节点承载力计算

【摘要】 碳纤维布加固古建筑榫卯节点是一种新型木结构加固方法,本文在榫卯节点试验及受力机理研究基础上,提出了碳纤维加固榫卯节点抗弯承载力计算方法。结合古建筑木结构特点,公式推导考虑了木材老化、尺寸偏差及木材含水率对承载力有影响的因素,使公式更具一般意义。结果表明,计算值与试验值吻合较好,验证了计算方法的正确性和准确性,可为古建筑木结构的维修与加固提供参考。

【Abstract】 Mortise-tenon strengthened with CFRP is a new retrofit method in the field of Chinese Ancient Timber Buildings of civil engineering.Based on experimental results and theory analysis of mortise-tenon,the new method is proposed to calculate the Bending Ultimate Strength of Mortise-Tenon Joints Strengthened with CFRP.In the new formula,the factors such as aging of timber,size deviation of timber components and water ratio of timber are involved,and the formula can be used widely.Comparing with experimental data,the calculated results show good agreement and validate the veracity and advantage of the new method,which can be a reference for the strengthening and rehabilitation of the timber structure.
