兆瓦级风力发电结构地震作用研究

【摘要】 近年来,国内外的风力发电发展迅速,位于地震高烈度区的风电场越来越多,风电结构的抗震设计日趋重要。然而,目前国内外还没有针对风力发电结构抗震设计的成熟标准。虽然IEC等规范给出了简略的风电结构抗震计算方法,但这些简化对于这种特殊的高耸结构是否准确合理还需要验证。为了论证IEC简化方法、底部剪力法、振型分解反应谱法等国内外的规范方法对风力发电机构地震作用评估的合理性,文中采用这些规范方法对风电结构的地震作用做了分析。选取了一组实际地震波,使它们的反应谱与规范反应谱相接近,用这一组实际地震波的反应谱对风电结构进行振型分解反应谱法计算。计算结果与规范反应谱方法很接近,说明这组地震波能够反映规范反应谱的特性。以这组地震波作为输入,用有限元方法对风电结构进行了地震作用计算。通过对规范方法和有限元方法的结果进行比较,发现规范方法在风电结构的抗震设计中是偏于保守的。

【Abstract】 Wind power grows rapidly in recent years.In zone of high seismic risk,there are more and more wind farm,and the seismic analysis of the wind turbine is more and more important.There isn’t any earthquake resistant design code for wind turbine.A simplified method was given in the IEC code for the seismic analysis of wind turbine,but it’s needed to make sure that the simplifications of these method are accurate and reasonable.In order to demonstrate the rationality,IEC simplified method,equivalent base shear method and mode-superposition response spectrum method are used to make seismic analysis of the wind turbine.A group of seismic weaves are selected witch spectrums are clear to the standard spectrum.The result of the mode-superposition response spectrum method of these weave are clear to the standard method.It means that these weaves can reflect the features of the standard spectrum.Taking these weaves as dynamic input,finite element method is taken to make the seismic analysis of the wind turbine.It is found that the standard methods are too conservative through the comparison of the results of the finite element method and the standard methods.
