纵墙承重多层砌体结构抗震分析与鉴定加固

【摘要】 对多层砌体结构教学楼的抗震性能进行了分析,根据汶川地震中此类结构的震害特点,着重探讨了纵墙承重结构体系教学楼的抗震性能,指出了纵墙承重砌体结构体系教学楼在抗震能力方面存在的主要问题。在此基础上,依据《建筑抗震设计规范》和《建筑抗震鉴定标准》,结合工程实例,提出了此类房屋抗震鉴定、加固设计应注意的问题和关键点,并探讨了抗震鉴定与抗震设计的关系,总结了两者之间的几个不同点。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of masonry structure damages from Wenchuan earthquake,the seismic behavior of the multi-story masonry teaching building is analyzed,and the seismic behavior of teaching building with load-bearing structural system of longitudinal wall is discussed mainly.Several key problems about seismic appraisal and reinforcing design are suggested in the paper.And the differences and correlation of seismic appraisal and seismic design are pointed out.
