橡胶粉隔震性能的试验研究
Experiment Research of Rubber Powder’s Vibration-isolation Function
【摘要】 橡胶粉是一种柔性散粒材料,其隔震性能的相关指标与堆积状态、颗粒粒径及承载重量等因素有关。本文对橡胶粉进行了静力滞回性能试验和振动台扫频试验,研究了橡胶粉的静等效刚度、吸能能力、进入隔震区频率点和隔震传递率随着目数、堆积厚度和承载重量变化的规律,为橡胶粉隔震垫层的设计提供依据。
【Abstract】 Rubber powder is a kind of flexible grain material.Its indexes of vibration-isolation function is related to grain size,piling condition and load.In this paper,the static circulation experiment and vibration experiment of rubber powder are carried out,the rules of static equivalent stiffness,energy-absorbing ability,frequency on which it begins to isolate vibration and vibration-isolation rate that change with grain size,piling thickness and load are analyzed.This research provides basis for the design of rubber powder vibration-isolation cushion.
