典型底框房屋震损机理快速分析方法研究

【摘要】 四川汶川5.12地震及之后的多次余震导致绵竹市底框房屋遭受不同程度的破坏,对震损底框房屋作精细分析存在较大困难,难以用于实际。本文采用SAP2000对底框房屋进行Pushover分析,可得到较为丰富的计算结果,且计算量相对较小。SAP2000无法直接模拟抗震墙的非线性性能,本文使用Link单元建立抗震墙等效模型,通过与试验结果对比,验证了模型的合理性。在此基础上,对典型震损底框房屋进行了详细的Pushover分析,得到的破环特征及震损机理与现场调查结果吻合良好,与弹塑性时程分析所得层间剪力、楼层位移规律一致,误差较小,证明了本文建立的快速分析方法的正确性。

【Abstract】 Many multi-story masonry buildings with bottom-frame in Mianzhu city were damaged in 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake and subsequent aftershocks,it is difficult to give fine analysis to earthquake damaged bottom-framed housings,and also difficult to design.In this paper,the bottom-framed housing is analyzed by SAP2000 using Pushover method,and abundant calculation results can be the obtained with little calculation work.The non-linear properties of shear wall can’t be directly simulated by SAP2000,so the Link unit is used to establish an equivalent shear wall model.The effectiveness of the model is verified by comparing the model results with experimental results.By selecting a representative earthquake damaged bottom-framed housings,establishing an equivalent shear wall model in SAP2000,and analyzing it by the Pushover method,the mechanism of earthquake damage of the bottom-framed housing can be obtained.Comparing the Pushover analysis results with the Time-history analysis results,the rationality of the rapid analysis presented in this paper is verified.
