某砖混结构住宅加固可靠性分析

【摘要】 某砖混结构房屋建于20世纪80年代,汶川地震中该房屋破坏严重,震后对破坏墙体采用植入钢筋-灌浆-外喷混凝土方法进行加固。依据破坏情况,采用5种加固方案对其进行加固设计,并用结构设计软件PKPM对其进行对比分析。结果表明:采用对1层~3层房屋部分纵墙加固的方案,可有效改善墙体抗剪性能和提高房屋的抗震能力。对施工质量及管理情况进行严格监管,经过本地区4次5级以上余震,房屋未出现任何破坏,通过实践验证了论证该加固方案具有一定可行性。

【Abstract】 A masonry structure building built in 1980’s,it’s severely damaged in Wenchuan earthquake,the walls of the house was strengthened after the earthquake which adopted the method of implanting steel bar-cementing in slurry-spraying concrete to reinforcement.According to the damage,five kinds of reinforcement design schemes are adopted and comparative analysis with designing and analysis software PKPM is carried out.The results shows that: using local treatment programs to 1-3 layers vertical wall can effectively improve shear capability of the wall and aseismic capability of the house.The construction quality and administrative need strict management.After four times exceeding 5 earthquake,the house has not damaged,which prove the reinforcement to be certain feasible.
