【摘要】 汶川地震以后,依据"教育部和城乡建设部关于做好学校校舍抗震安全排查及有关事项的通知"(教发[2008]19号文件)精神,受北京市教委的委托,对北京市城郊区8个区县,2001年以前建成的中小学校、幼儿园建筑共338栋楼(建筑面积907286m2)进行了抗震调查分析。本文通过抗震调查鉴定的实践,综合分析了北京市中小学校、幼儿园建筑的实际抗震能力。给出了这些建筑现状抗震水准及存在的不安全隐患,有针对性地提出了防震减灾的应对措施。基本反映了北京市中小学校、幼儿园建筑抗震水准的全貌,给下阶段规划学校建筑抗震改造加固方案及实施设计、施工提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008 in Sichuan province,according to the NOTICE OF SCHOOL BUILDINGS SEISMIC SAFETY SURVEY AND RELEVANT AFFAIRS BY EDUCATION MINISTRY AND URBAN AND RURAL CONSTRUCTION MINISTRY OF CHINA, the seismic survey as well as the analysis for the 338 buildings(907286m~2) of elementary schools and kindergarten in 8 districts of Beijing and its suburban area with the commission of Beijing Education Committee is carried out.The present compound seismic capability of school and kindergarten buildings is analyzed by the seismic appraiser survey practice.Additionally,the seismic protection level and hidden trouble of present buildings are demonstrated,and the specific seismic protection measures are proposed.Due to the fact that this research reflects the essence of the seismic protection level of the present buildings of school and kindergarten in Beijing,it provides the reference for the seismic strengthening and construction design of school buildings of the next phase.更多还原
