汶川地震的警示——需加强底层框架建筑的抗震概念设计

【摘要】 根据5·12汶川地震后对灾区受损房屋进行的调查进行总结,底层框架上部砖混结构的建筑由于不能形成一种合理的抗震体系,抗震承载能力较低,在震灾中受到严重破坏。但是,长期以来,此类建筑形式在中国乡镇地区获得普遍应用,针对其在未来相当长一段时间内的广泛应用性,本文提出通过加强抗震概念设计,来提高底框建筑的整体性和抗震能力。

【Abstract】 The masonry buildings with underlying framework have been available widely in Chinese township areas.According to a comprehensive survey to the damage of buildings in affected areas after the 5·12 Wenchuan earthquake,this type of construction is not a rational seismic system with low seismic bearing capacity.Whereas because of its wide range of applications for a long period of time in the future,it is put forward that the anti-seismic conceptual design of the masonry buildings with underlying framework should be strengthened.
