【摘要】 针对城市总体规划中对抗震防灾要求的特定层面,提出了以城市为研究对象的抗震防灾空间布局思路,可以从防灾角度对城市总体规划提出限制性条件,及时为城市总体规划提出反馈意见。由于大地震的发生具有较强的不确定性,该方法考虑了超越设防水准地震灾害的影响问题。根据城市应对不同规模地震影响要完成的抗震救灾功能,将城市划分为不同的防灾分区,以防灾分区为基础进行抗震防灾空间布局,保证城市抗震防灾安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the requirement of earthquake resistance and disaster prevention in city’s master planning,an idea for the layout of seismic disaster-prevention space treating city as an object is put forward in this paper.It may bring forward limit for city’s master planning considering disaster prevention,and may give feedback to city’s master planning.Because earthquake happens with indeterminacy the infection of exceed fortified levels,earthquake is considered in this method.This method is that plotting the city out to different disaster-prevention subarea for the aim of ensuring the city’s earthquake resistance and relief function after encountering different degree of earthquake.It may plan the layout of earthquake disaster-prevention space based on the disaster prevention subarea,and ensure the safety of cities against earthquake disaster.更多还原
