某房屋外套框架加层摩擦减震的设计研究

【摘要】 介绍了8度区某办公楼采用外套框架和原结构间设置摩擦消能装置的加层设计方案,阐述了摩擦阻尼消能支撑外套框架加层的设计参数确定及设计步骤,给出了地震反应的分析方法和分析结果。分析结果表明,在外套框架和原结构之间增设摩擦消能支撑,外套框架加层结构在地震作用下的位移响应减小,在多遇、罕遇水平地震作用下,能分别满足变形要求,尤其大幅减小了外套框架柱的剪力值,为框架柱的优化设计提供了较大空间,同时也减小了对原结构抗震性能的影响。

【Abstract】 The design scheme of a storey-adding structure spanning existing building with frame using friction energy-dissipation braces dissipated energy for seismic intensity zone 8 is briefly outlined.The seismic structure design parameters and procedures of the friction energy-dissipated-brace are illustrated.The analysis method for earthquake responses together with the analysis results is presented.The results indicate that the friction energydissipation devices effectively control displacement response.Moreover,the deformation of the structure can satisfy the requirements of the seismic code under the horizontal motions of frequently or occasionally earthquakes.Especially, it is found that shear forces in frame column and in old building are significantly decreased,which makes optimal structural design possible.
