从汶川地震之影响谈我国“中小学教学楼的加固与设计”

【摘要】 结合5.12汶川大地震大批中小学教学楼塌垮现状,建议在全国对现有中小学教学楼进行鉴定,凡为D级危房的,一律拆除,其余教学楼进行相应的加固及改造。新建中小学教学楼要成为人民群众的防灾避难所,尽量采用抗震性能好的框架、框架-剪力墙等结构形式,禁止采用砖混结构,抗震设防标准要高于当地一般民用建筑。

【Abstract】 Based on present situation of elementary and middle school building’s collapse during of Wenchuan large earthquake,its quality is ought to identified.Grade D dilapidated buildings should be removed,and grade A to C-class teaching building should be reinforced.Framework,the framework-shear walls and other structural forms are applied to the new teaching buildings,and the seismic fortification criterion is higher than the local general civil construction.The new teaching building will truly become the people’s disaster prevention and emergency evacuation areas.
