【Abstract】 Passive energy dissipation technology is widely used to protect the structures from seismic damage together with traditional aseismic measures,and the friction dampers belong to the passive energy dissipation system.The results of many tests show that energy dissipation braces based on friction can dissipate a great deal input energy of earthquake and its aseismic behaviors are very good.The theories and applications of friction dampers are summarized in this paper.更多还原
