应用于结构控制的磁流变材料与装置

【摘要】 作为一种重要的智能材料 ,磁流变液用作控制系统的执行元件体现出其反应快、出力大、能耗低、结构简单、成本低廉的优越性 ,能够满足不同结构型式的减震抗风要求。本文在总结国内外磁流变材料和装置发展历史和现状的基础上 ,对应用在土木结构减振控制领域的磁流变液的研制、机理、模型以及磁流变阻尼器的设计、加工等若干关键性问题进行了总结和探讨 ,对在土木工程领域应用磁流变阻尼器等智能材料装置所涉及的基本设计方法进行了探讨

【Abstract】 Substantial attention has been devoted to control devices and control strategies in semi-active control of civil engineering structures. As a class of important intelligent materials, magnetorheological materials are high dynamic range, large force capacity, low power requirements and mechanical simplicity. They are expected to be relatively inexpensive and considered quite reliable for semi-active control application. Magnetorheological materials have been used successfully in a number of applications and have a very promising future. Following an overview of the developing history and the research achievements of magnetorheological materials and devices, this paper summarizes the compositions, properties and applications of magnetorheological fluids and the design, testing, modeling of magnetorheological dampers. The design theories and methodology of magnetorheological fluid dampers using for protecting civil engineering systems against severe earthquake and wind loading are discussed.
