【摘要】 测绘项目监理机制的实行,对项目的工期和质量有了更多的保障。目前测绘监理只是参照建设工程的监理方式,并未形成一套成熟的测绘监理规程。本文介绍了测绘监理的发展现状,以广州市农村地籍调查测绘监理项目为例,介绍了项目监理的实施程序,并重点研究了旁站监理方式,根据项目特点灵活运用旁站监理这一技术手段,研究了其可行性。旁站监理的灵活应用,避免了重复外业数据采集等繁重的工作,节省时间并提高了效率。同时,做到了事前、事中动态控制,保证了项目的工期和质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The implementation of supervision mechanism in surveying project has provided more security for the duration and quality. At present, surveying supervision just refers to the mode of construction project, and hasn’t formed a set of mature rules. This paper introduces the status of surveying supervision, then taking Guangzhou rural cadastral survey project as an example, introduces the procedure, and focuses on studying the on-side station supervision, and studies its feasibility by using the technical means of on-side station supervision. The flexible application of on-site supervision avoids the heavy work such as repeated data collection, saves time and improves the efficiency. At the same time, it achieves dynamic control in the pre-event and event,and guarantees the duration and quality of the project.更多还原
