污水处理厂电气控制设计及节能措施探讨

【摘要】 随着环境保护重视程度的提高,污水处理问题引起了全社会极大的关注。对污水处理厂而言,因为耗能巨大、运营成本过高,导致很多已建成的污水处理厂无法正常运营。因此,采取合适的电气节能措施可以节约能源费用,降低处理成本,促进污水处理厂持续平稳发展。论文以湖北省襄阳市某乡镇污水处理厂为例,对该厂的电气及自控设计,从供配电系统、电气线路、照明系统、控制系统等4个方面进行了节能措施的初步探讨,以期为污水处理厂电气节能提供参考。

【Abstract】 With the improvement of environmental protection in China, the problem of sewage treatment has aroused great concern in the society. Many of the constructed sewage treatment plants can not operate normally because of the huge energy consumption and high operating costs. Therefore, adopting appropriate electrical energy saving measures can save energy costs, reduce processing costs and promote continuous and steady development of sewage treatment plants. This paper takes a township sewage treatment plant in Xiangyang, Hubei as an example, to design the electric and automatic control system of the plant, and discuss the energy saving measures from four aspects, such as power supply and distribution system, electric line, lighting system, control system and so on, in order to provide reference for the electrical saving measures of the sewage treatment plant.
