【摘要】 对商业广场裙楼及其主楼建筑来说,其基础各部分(高层主楼区域、裙房区域、纯地下室区域)荷载差异较大,控制差异沉降显得尤为重要。文章结合实践,针对该类型结构设计提出沉降考虑,同时结合工程实例,从地下结构的安全性、稳定性以及差异沉降控制等需作重点论述,为同行提供参考。更多还原
