一种基于磁流变阻尼器的减振降噪装置设计
Vibration-and noise-reduction device design for magneto-rheological dampers
【摘要】 根据减振装置的结构与隔振原理,建立了单自由度的隔振模型,利用隔振传递率分析降噪效果,研究了磁流变阻尼器对降噪的影响.根据单自由度隔振模型,可设计用于实验室的减振降噪台.测试实验台的力传递函数幅频特性可知:对于给定频率的激励,实验台能降低30~40 dB的噪声.
【Abstract】 Based on vibration-reduction structures and vibration-insulation principles,a vibration-insulation model is first proposed regarding single degree-of-freedom.In this manner,the noise reduction is analyzed via vibration-insulation transfer rate.Furthermore,the impacts of magneto-rheological dampers are investigated on vibration reduction.Then,an experimental vibration-reduction test-bed is designed.Finally,it is detected from the amplitude-frequency properties that the noise can be reduced by 30~40 dB in terms of a specific frequency excitation.
