小生境遗传算法及其在地球物理反演中的应用研究
Niching Genetic Algorithms and Its Application in Geophysics Inversion
【摘要】 遗传算法在地球物理反演中已经得到越来越广泛的应用,而常规遗传算法存在早熟收敛和后期收敛速度慢的弱点。本文介绍一种基于小生境技术的改进遗传算法,它不但具有良好的收敛可靠性,而且具有较快的收敛速度。文章扼要分析了小生境遗传算法的运行机制,并对遗传算法的收敛性作了详细分析。对给出的三个测试函数和理论地震波速反演的实验数据表明,该算法确实是一种行之有效的遗传算法。
【Abstract】 Genetic algorithm has been widely used in geophysics inversion,but the general genetic algorithm has the defects of prematurity and stagnation,so this paper proposed a class of variation based on niche technology,which has good reliability of convergence,but also high speed of converging.This paper particularly analyzed the work mechanism and the algorithm convergence of the niching genetic algorithms.The experiment data of three functions and theoretical waveform inversion illuminate showed that the niching genetic algorithms is effective.
