栽培基质与光照条件对秦巴山地野生凹叶景天扦插苗生长及物质含量的影响

【摘要】 为开发秦巴山地野生凹叶景天(Sedum emarginatum Migo)种质资源提供参考,以其枝条及叶片的扦插繁殖苗为材料进行栽培,研究不同栽培基质组成、光照强度等条件对其农艺性状、生理物质含量及药用成分含量的影响。结果表明:遮光处理的植株冠幅、鲜重、叶片氮素含量、叶绿素SPAD值及甘草苷含量均优于全光照处理,但光照增强有利于凹叶景天的分枝;光照强度对甘草苷及叶片氮素含量的影响均不显著。凹叶景天扦插苗在栽培基质为1/3蘑菇栽培废料+2/3田园土,透光率为75%条件下,生长最好,该条件下凹叶景天的越冬率为100%,鲜重为34.6g/株,叶片氮素含量为3.1mg/g,叶绿素SPAD值为33.9,甘草苷含量0.315 9mg/g。

【Abstract】 The effects of different culture substrates and light intensity on agronomic characters,physiological active matter content and medicinal component content of cutting seedlings propagated from branches and leaves of Sedum emarginatum were studied to provide a reference for development of wild S.emarginatumgermplasm resources in Qinba Mountain Area.Result:The crown diameter,fresh weight,leaf nitrogen content,chlorophyll SPAD value and glycyrrhizin content of S.emarginatum plants under shading treatment all are higher than under natural light but higher light intensity is beneficial to branch growth of S.emarginatum plants.The light intensity has no significant effects on glycyrrhizin and leaf nitrogen content of S.emarginatum plants.The optimal cultivation conditions for growth of S.emarginatumcutting seedlings include 1/3 mushroom cultivation waste + 2/3 field soil and 75% light transmittance.The overwintering rate,fresh weight,leaf nitrogen content,chlorophyll SPAD value and glycyrrhizin content of S.emarginatumcutting seedlings can reach 100%,34.6 g/plant,3.1 mg/g,33.9 and 0.315 9 mg/g under the optimal cultivation conditions respectively.
