【摘要】 为雏鸡关节炎的防治提供参考,对贵州某肉鸡养殖场患病鸡进行病理解剖、分离培养、染色镜检、生化试验和16SrRNA基因序列分析等病原分离鉴定。结果表明:分离菌的培养特性、菌落形态特征、生理生化特征均与肠炎型沙门氏菌相同,并命名为GZ2018;分离菌对红霉素、头孢曲松、环丙沙星、丁胺卡那、氯霉素、庆大霉素和多黏霉素高度敏感;16SrRNA基因序列与肠炎型沙门氏菌的同源性在94.6%～100%;分离菌的遗传进化树与沙门氏菌属在同一分支,与中国分离株CQ0709(GenBank:FJ465088.1)在同一小分支上,属于鸡沙门氏菌。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pathogen of diseased chicken from the broiler farm was isolated and identified by pathological anatomy,isolated culture,staining microscopy,bio-chemical test and 16 S rRNA gene sequencing analysis to provide a reference for arthritis control of chicken in Guizhou.Result:The culture feature,colonial morphology and physiological and biochemical properties of the isolated strain(GZ2018)is the same as enteritis Salmonella.GZ2018 strain has a high sensitivity to Erythrocin,Ceftriaxone,Ciprofloxacin,Amikacin,Chloramphenicol,Gentamicin and Polymyxin B.The homology in 16 SrRNA gene sequence between GZ2018 strain and enteritis Salmonellareaches 94.6%-100%.The phyogenetic tree of GZ2018 strain and Salmonella belongs to the same branch.The phyogenetic tree of GZ2018 strain and CQ0709(GenBank:FJ465088.1)is in the same sub-branch,which indicates that GZ2018 strain belongs to Salmonella gallinarum.更多还原
