日照钢铁固废尘泥处理实践

【摘要】 介绍了国内外处理固废尘泥的几种工艺,重点介绍了火法处理法中的回转窑工艺、转底炉工艺;并对公司近几年烧结机头灰、转炉灰、高炉灰等含锌尘泥的处理工艺流程及技术特点做了重点描述;介绍了公司2010—2018年随着固废尘泥成分变化,特别是2017年转炉大量添加废钢,转炉灰锌质量分数大幅上升后,为实现公司含锌粉尘有价元素效益最大化和零外排,转底炉在处理含锌尘泥方面做了有益的实践和尝试,也给出了一些处理钢厂固废尘泥的建议,给国内同行处理固废尘泥提供了一定的借鉴。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces several technologies of treating the solid waste dust mud at home and abroad,focusing on the rotary kiln process and the rotary hearth furnace process in the fire treatment process,and also emphatically introduces the technological processes and technical characteristics of the treatment processes of the sintering machine ash,the converter ash and the zinc-bearing dust slime such as blast furnace ash in recent years. With the change of solid waste sludge composition from 2010 to 2018,the practice and experience of the converter bottom furnace in treating the zinc containing dust mud are introduced,especially after 2017,a large amount of scrap steel is added to converter and the content of zinc in converter ash is greatly increased,in order to maximize the benefit and realize the zero discharge of the zinc containing dust,the rotary hearth furnace has made beneficial practices and attempts in dealing with the zinc dust and mud. Some suggestions for treating solid waste sludge in steel plant are also given,which can provide a reference for domestic counterparts.
