基于高通量测序的大叶女贞(Ligustrum lucidum)转录组分析

【摘要】 为研究大叶女贞功能基因的序列信息和表达状况,以幼嫩叶片为材料,利用Illumina HiSeqTM2500高通量测序技术对其进行转录组测序,通过序列拼接组装得到192 392个单基因簇(Unigene),平均长度为821 bp。NR库和Swiss-Prot库分别注释了88 896和61 783条Unigene。在GO分子功能、生物过程和细胞组分3大类中分别注释了12 914、12 859和7 644个基因,其中以分子功能注释最多,占38.64%;以细胞组分较少,为22.87%。本研究获得的转录组数据将为大叶女贞功能基因挖掘与利用和其种质资源遗传改良等方面的研究提供参考。

【Abstract】 In order to study the sequence information and expression status of the functional gene of Euphorbia Ligustrum lucidum. In this stud y, young leaves were used as materials and transcriptome sequencing was performed by Illumina HiSeqTM2500 high-throughput sequencing technology. Sequence splicing assembly yielded192 392 single gene clusters(Unigene) with an average length of 821 bp. The NR library and the SWISS-Prot library commented 88 896 and 61 783 Unigenes, respectively. 12 914, 12 958 and 7 644 Unigenes were annotated in gene ontology(GO) and grouped into biological processes, cellular components and molecular function three functional categories. The molecular function were most while the cellular components were least, account for 38.64%and 22.87%. These transcriptome data of Ligustrum lucidum would be helpful for the gene discovery and utilization, molecular marker assisted breeding and genetic improvement of Ligustrum lucidum in the further research.
