含腐植酸复合肥料对水稻生长及镉吸收的影响

【摘要】 为探讨含腐植酸复合肥料对水稻生长、镉吸收的影响及其应用的可行性,采用盆栽试验,分析了施用常量和减量含腐植酸复合肥料对水稻生物量、植株镉含量和糙米镉含量的变化情况。结果表明,常量含腐植酸复合肥料处理可显著提高籽粒产量12.1%,减量含腐植酸复合肥料处理对籽粒增产不显著。在添加镉污染条件下,常量含腐植酸复合肥料处理与普通复合肥料处理相比,根系、茎秆、叶片和籽粒中镉含量可分别降低31.0%、20.3%、31.7%和21.4%;在常量和减量含腐植酸复合肥料处理的水稻糙米中的镉含量分别降低了38.2%和34.4%,效果显著。综上,腐植酸与复合肥料结合可有效运用于水稻控制重金属和化肥减量,组合方式仍待优化。

【Abstract】 The effects of compound fertilizer containing humic acid on the growth of rice and cadmium(Cd)uptaking, the feasibility of its application were studied with pot experiment, focusing on the rice biomass and Cd content in different parts of its normal and reduced application. The results showed that using normal compound fertilizer containing humic acid could significantly increase grain yield of rice by 12.1%,while grain yield was not significantly increased by reducing in application compound fertilizer containing humic acid. Compared with normal compound fertilizer, adding normal fertilizer containing humic acid significantly decreased Cd content in root, stem, leaf, grain and brown rice by 31.0%, 20.3%, 31.7%, 21.4%and 38.2% respectively under cadmium pollution conditions, the Cd contents in brown rice was significantly reduced 34.4% by reducing in application compound fertilizer containing humic acid. Indicating that humic acid combined with compound fertilizer could control heavy metals in rice and decrease fertilizer amount,however, method of the combination still needs to be studied in detail.
