农村民居实用抗震技术研究展望

【摘要】 对地震高风险区及中等地震风险区农村民居的震害形式进行总结,分类介绍各地区农村民居的基本特点及抗震性能的突出问题。对现行研究方法的特点与现状进行总结,归纳了几类典型现有农村民居实用抗震技术的特点,分析了它们的研究进展和优势。针对现有农村民居房屋的基本特点,分析认为研发具有成本低廉、耐久适用、施工简易、节能环保等特质的实用抗震技术在提高农居抗震性能问题上非常有竞争力。

【Abstract】 Through summarizing the forms of earthquake damage of rural houses in high-risk and medium-risk areas of earthquakes,we introduce the basic characteristics and the outstanding problems of seismic performance of rural houses in different areas. Furthermore,we summarize the features and current situation of current research methods and the characteristics of existing practical anti-seismic measures for several typical rural houses,and analyzed their progress and advantages. At last,aiming at the basic characteristic of the existing rural houses,we considered that research and development of practical anti-seismic technology with low cost,durability and applicability,simple construction,energy saving and environmental protection characteristics is very competitive in improving the seismic performance of rural houses.
