【Abstract】 With the digital popularization of telemetry seismic network,the report of earthquake and the start of the emergency rescue depend on sending message even more.The Earthquake Administration of Tianjin integrated the resources of hardware and software,developed a set of software which sends messages with a single device based on the MySQL database.Due to use the software,the message of emergency can be accurately,quickly and efficiently sent to emergency personnel.更多还原
