安徽及邻区震源深度分布特征研究
Distribution of Focal Depths after Relocation in Anhui and Adjacent Regions
【摘要】 本文利用安徽及邻区(29°~35°N,114°~120°E)1976年1月—2009年7月重新定位后的地震目录,统计分析了不同空间范围内的震源深度分布特征,结果表明:安徽及邻区平均震源深度8 km,优势深度分布为5~15 km,其中霍山地区震源深度优势分布为3~8 km。中小地震震源深度在空间分布是不均匀的,安徽中西部地区震源深度比其他区域深,总体上西深东浅,南深北浅,造成这样分布的格局可能与安徽地区复杂的地质构造有关。总体而言,安徽及邻区地震经重新定位后震源深度多在2~15 km地壳的中上部,属浅源地震。
【Abstract】 In this article,we carried out statistical analysis on the focal depth distribution of earthquakes after relocation with different spatial scales.The result shows that the average of all earthquakes depth is 8 km.However the predominant depth of Anhui region is from 5 to15 km.The predominant depth of Huoshan region is from 3 to 8 km.The spatial distribution of the focal depth of earthquakes is inhomogeneous in Anhui and neighboring regions.From west to east,south to north,the depth of this region decreases gradually;maybe that is due to the seismic tectonics.Overall,the focal depth of earthquakes in Anhui and neighboring region is shallow,ranging from 2 to15 km in the upper crust.
