【摘要】 通过问卷调查和深度访谈,发现河北省农村地区防震减灾意识现状不容乐观,突出表现为:对地震预报存在认识误区、震害防御意识淡薄、应急救援能力欠缺、防震减灾宣传有待深化、地震灾害中信息获取能力不足。究其原因:农村地区经济发展水平、农村社会人员结构和基层地震部门软硬件条件制约了防震减灾意识的提升。因此,相关部门应该因时、因地制宜,积极探索农村地区防震减灾宣传教育工作新思路;加大对基层地震部门的人员和物资投入,增强农村地区防震减灾宣传工作的组织力量;充分利用大众传播媒介,制作播出具有较强针对性的地震科普节目。更多还原

【Abstract】 Questionnaires and deep interviews find the poor situation of earthquake prevention awareness in the countryside in Hebei Province.People have misunderstanding of earthquake prediction,poor awareness of earthquake prevention,poor ability of emergency rescue and the ability to collect information,and inadequate communication of earthquake mitigation.The major reasons;economic development and people structure in the countryside,soft and hardware of grass root earthquake authorities limit the improvement of earthquake mitigation awareness.As a result,a new work scheme is need in the education of earthquake mitigation;more will be put in grass earthquake authorities to increase the organizing force;and media will be made full use,so that particular scientific programs can be made and broadcast.更多还原
