【Abstract】 Mass Observation and Mass Preparedness has been playing an important role in the seismological observation and prevention of the earthquake disasters,as well as protection against and mitigation of earthquake disasters since the 1960s.It has undergone four major stages: start-climax-adjustment-rejuvenation.We should rely on the "the system of three networks and a member" if we want to rejuvenate that in the new historical period.At the same time,we must pay more attention to the mass prevention,and develop our ideas and preventing modes,strengthen its system of organization and management.更多还原
