【Abstract】 After many serious earthquake disasters like the one in Tangshan on July 28th 1976 and that in Wenchuan on May 12th 2008,people find the deep reason of damages is the collapse of buildings.Improving the houses’ anti-Seismic abilities is the key to reducing earthquake damages.Strictly enforcing the laws and regulations related to earthquake prevention and mitigation provides necessary support against earthquake risks.更多还原
