【Abstract】 According to the research on the development of the earthquake mitigation work in China,combined with the working experiences in earthquake mitigation departments in cities and states all through the years,this authors analyse the social and economic background of the functional and organizational separation of anti-seismicity and earthquake defense in China and the shortcomings brought about by such system,and conclude that the functional and organizational integration of anti-seismicity and earthquake defense is necessary,urgent and feasible in modern society since the functional allocation in each government and department at all levels is becoming more and more rational day by day.更多还原
