贴近“三农” 提高防震减灾实效
Promote the Earthquake Prevention Effect and Serve Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers
【摘要】 根据辽宁省地震的历史与现状,地震灾害与经济发展的利害关系,阐述了防震减灾工作体系建设的要点,并结合该要点指出了在农村、农民和农民工中存在的防震减灾薄弱环节,提出了具有防震减灾实效的建议。
【Abstract】 Based on the history and current situation in Liaoning Province,and on the relationship between earthquake disasters and economic development,the main points of Earthquake Disaster Prevention and Reduction System are explained.The authors point out the drawbacks in the agriculture,countryside and farmers,and propose some effective suggestions for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.
