低位层间隔震技术在某框架结构的应用研究

【摘要】 对7度抗震设防的某七层框架结构,采用底层柱顶隔震技术进行设计与分析,包括减震方案和底层结构形式的确定,有限元分析和隔震设计,构造设计以及工程经济性.结果表明:在多遇地震作用下,上部结构水平向减震系数为0.34,底层层间剪力减震效果同样明显;在罕遇地震作用下,上部结构基本处于弹性,底层位移角为1/1 682,隔震层有足够的稳定性和安全性,表明隔震设计提高了结构安全性;设计的底层柱和拉梁截面尺寸较大,但不影响底层的使用功能;工程造价有小幅提高,但综合效益好.

【Abstract】 We designed and analyzed a seven-story frame structure in 7-degree earthquake protection which employed the first-story isolated technology.It included the selection of shock absorption scheme,identification of the substructure,FEM analysis and design of isolation layer.Moreover,we discussed construction design and engineering economy in detail.Results showed that under frequently occurred earthquakes the damping coefficient of superstructure in horizontal direction was 0.34 and reduction effect of the first-floor shear force was also remarkable;the superstructure was basically in the state of elasticity and drift angle of bottom layer is 1/1 682 under rare earthquakes,so there was sufficient stability and security for isolation layer and the integrated safety of structure was improved;section sizes of first-floor columns and pull beams may be larger,but it did not affect the use of first floor.The project cost was slightly improved,but its overall efficiency was well.
