水杨醛-罗丹明B荧光探针的合成及其识别性能研究
Study on synthesis and recognition performance of the fluoresencent probe based on salicylaldehyde-rhoadamine B
【摘要】 以罗丹明B、水合肼和水杨醛为原料,通过席夫碱反应合成了水杨醛-罗丹明B类荧光探针L,其结构经红外、核磁和质谱进行了表征。采用紫外光谱法和荧光光谱法研究了探针与金属离子的识别特性。结果表明:该探针可选择性比色识别Cu2+和荧光识别Hg2+。Job’s曲线表明,荧光探针与Cu2+或Hg2+的络合比均为1:1,并探讨了探针响应机理。
【Abstract】 The salicylaldehyde-rhodamine B fluorescent probe L was synthesized by rhodamine B,hydrazine hydrate and salicylaldehyde through schiff base reaction. The structure of the product was characterized by1 H NMR,IR and MS. The recognition properties of the fluorescent probe for metal ions had been investigated by using ultraviolet spectrophotometry and fluorescence spectrophotometry.The results showed that the probe can selectively recognize Cu2 +and Hg2 +by colorimetry and fluorometry,respectively. The Job’s plot indicated that both of the complex-ratios of the probe to Cu2 +and Hg2 +are 1: 1. Additionally,the response mechanism of the fluorescent probe was discussed.
